My obd2 reads.!!!! I want to tell it i changed the
crankshaft position sencer. And to learn??? !!!...
Now my car is modified with an OBDII PORT.  I
don't have a pbd2 tester.  I guess this next part is
what confuses you. I still have the Data Port of the
obd1 that still does all the other functions. So the
coding and the comunication with the ecu & pcm
are done with the OBDII ok.  I hope this does not
confuse you to much if it does you should not be a
car GURU.

So you own some weird miss mash of a car? If you can't clear the codes using a OBD2 reader then you need to return the car to its original state.
