Ignition

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having problems getting the key out of the ignition most of the time.  I have to re-start the car and then the key will come out most of the time.  SOMETIMES I can wiggle the key and it may come out.  I've had a sensor replaced dealing with the transmission.  Helped with the frequency for about 6 months and now back to the same situation.  Anyone have the same problem?

I have heard a few times that the keys like to snap off in the ignition. Go to Mazda and have them make a new one. Dont go to Valu, or Home Depot they dont have the right sized keys.

I'm just getting back to the site. Thanks for the reply. The problem has actually gone from almost everytime to maybe once every 15 times. Dealers were no help. So now I just re-start and live with it.
