Question type: Shopping & Pricing

We have a completely original 1992 Red Miata in very good condition. Just 26500 miles
young. Carefully maintained and garaged winters.
How do I value this vehicle and where is the best place to find someone interested in a
collectors car.

It looks like a Base A package no mention of hardtop and if the major maintenace has been done ( waterpump, timming belt, tensioners, drive belts, all fluids, clutch) will factor price. Also it has low milage but not uber low like under 15k miles, and red is very common on miatas, if this where a 1 of 3000 mariner blues or 1 of 1519 sunburst yellow or black and tan which where the special colors cars produced in 1992 it would be worth more. Im going to say $7000 ish add $500 for the hard top, minus $1000 if it has an auto trans. assuming all maintenance is up to date and the car has no accident or paint work (spring time sell date). For a wider audiance try the miata.net pricing and dealer section. Good luck with the sell.
