My once very reliable 98 chev cavalier's anti theft is preventing the engine from turning over?

Asked by Betty Dec 18, 2016 at 07:43 PM about the 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier Coupe FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

She ran xlnt until i needed to have a
new ignition installed. The backyard
mechanic technician was
unsuccessful at doing the three 11
minute, & the three 10 minute interval
procedures. So my car has been just
sitting in the parking area of my apt
bldg.  The mgr is about to write me up
and make me remove it off the
property because its breaking the rules
to work on or have a nonoperable
vehicle on the premises.
Using December's reChristmas
wards get my car running again, im
broke and have no other place to move
my car too. Also im a 65 yr old woman
with lung desease so i cannot
physically push my car.
I need to *know how to by pass my
anti theft device so my car will start.
PLEASE?..Is there any knowledgeable
techs out there that can put the magic
back into Christmas for this old long
beach, ca. Woman?..PLEASE? Tell me
how to resolve this situation & get my
car to start??
Thank you & God bless you!
*Using the simplest terms please.
