Has the engine been replaced in this car? If so, is it possible that an engine with different engine mounting holes was used or maybe they used the wrong engine mount.

Your gonna have to wiggle it around to get it into position. Undo the trans mount and wiggle it from there.

If holes are there but bolts will not go because they do not line up take a peice of 2 X 4 about 4 to 5 inches long. Place a hydraulic lift jack underneath the crank pulley put 2 X 4 between pulley and jack slowly lift jack to take some pressure off of motor mounts should be able to move mounts enough to line up holes.
