Transmission issue

My mazda b 2300 manual trans is stuck in 3rd
gear. Any ideas would be appreciated on how to fix
this issue

The transmission will need to be rebuilt or replaced. It ran out of fluid and the internal gear bearings are fused. My B2200 is stuck in 4th, and that was the diagnosis.
