Can someone help me?? I jus want a different opinion

I have a o6 acura tl and jus want start up.. da
lights and everything come on but want start..
I let some on come check it out.. an he said I
need 3 new sparks and a new o2 sensors..
will it start back once I change those things??

Ok so da lights and all come on and I put a new battery in it.. an its getting some type of action but it jus want turn over
