Tail light won't work

Had 3 different fuses blow recently. Should i
replace all fuses with new 1s

Of course, you should replace the fuses. Then find out why they blew. If it affects the lighting system, it might just be a defective brake light switch on the brake peddle. If it's sticking closed, it's allowing constant current and burning the fuse (s).
