After somebody agrees to buy my car what is my next step?

They need to test drive it (meet in front of a police station and take a friend along). Once you agree on a price, they pay you and you give them the car, signed title and a bill of sale. Meet in a safe place such as your bank and talk to your banker about acceptable forms of payment.
