There is this weird noise that is sort of like wistleing, whining, or like its rubbing somewhere on my 06 Passat 2.0t. . Noise is only on cold start. Do you have any ideas on what it is? Please HELPP?

i was just on you tube and saw that if you pull the oil dip stick out and the noise lessens you need to replace the PVC.
