I can see the timing belt from the top, it is moving around when the car is being cranked.

The car just cranks and doesn't try to start at all. I've replaced the crank sensor, cam sensor, all the spark plugs, and all the coil packs. It's getting fuel and I just check the fire on the engine and it's getting fire too. I'm afraid it's in the timing but I hope not. UGH!!!!

I took the valve cover off to check the time. Found water in the oil. Wasn't showing on dipstick at first but is now. Possible blown head gasket????

water in the oil would most likely indicate a headseal blown or a crack in the engine block. But it could also be from sitting around. check your radiator fluid for oil or low to confirm.
