'99 Chevy Tracker won't turn over

I have a 99 Chevy tracker that won't start.
Turn the key and it might click and buzz or it
might do nothing at all. Seems to be getting
fuel just fine. Replaced spark plugs, fuses
and relays. Battery and connections to
battery are good. Haven't had a look at the
starter yet, was hoping some of you may
have suggestions on what else it could be.

It's had trouble starting for a bit over a year,
especially in cold weather.

From what you said,check the starter,

Check your cables on your starter an see if there loose.

More than likely it's the starter. If not then you might have a Bad connection somewhere. But is unlikely since your getting power.
