Emergency flashers

My 91 Passat is having some issues right now my emergency flashers come on when ever they want even when the car is off, started coming on when I open a door also the dash information is on even when car is off until the battery dies but once you put a charge or jump the car the flashers start up again what could be going on?

sounds like a computer glitch either that or you got a wireing issue. have a certified car electrican look at your car to make sure.
