Spoiler is stuck open after the garage cleaned out all the drains, since it was getting wet inside.

When I brought my car to get the drains cleaned out, the spoiler is now stuck open and makes an awful noise.

perhaps you should take it back to them and have them figure out what they did an make a formal complaint to the shop owner. They most likely while cleaning the drain spots got a bunch of the gunk stuck in the fin controls and pistons.
