What scanner can I use for my bug?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I wonder what brand of obd scanner I can use that's compatible with my New
Beetle.  I looked at a few, and there's always some negative feedback, and
some scanners don't work on just any car.  

My bug is 2002 VW New Beetle 1.8 turbo.  Thank you

Any OBD2 scanner will work. Just buy one with good reviews. Buy one with ABS capability if you want to check your ABS system.

The one I use is the FIXD very easy and you use it with your smart phone and it’s very reliable.
