O2 sensor shorted out my car

Asked by Mikes1985camaro May 15, 2018 at 11:36 AM about the 2001 Volkswagen Beetle GLS 1.8T

What could have shorted out from my o2
sensor wires touching I've checked fuses
relays and wires can't get the obd2 to work
no engine light and it cranks but won't start

alot of the cars in this year had an issue with wires drying out betwen the fire wall and the computer so check there for broken wires.
