1999 chevy tahoe wont crank nothing

I have a 1999 chevy tahoe I recently put another
5.7 vortex out of a 1996 1500 in it everything is
bolted up plugged in, went and put a new battery
and starter on during the replacement go to turn
the key and nothing tried running a jumper wiper
from the battery to the signal wier on the starter
and still nothing any suggestions?

The antitheft is most likely not matching up. Need to bypass the security if even possible.

But the security light dosent come on I got it to run but no throttle response
