My 1999 VW beetle will not start when turned off after running for 10 minutes or more, what is the problem?  Yesterday while I was coming home for work it quit and had to be towed home, this mourning it started like it was normal.

Most likely a fualty pump. Have you been driving it with less then half a tank of gas during these times?
