Why is it that my 1999 Chevy Tahoe is ROCKING like a boat on water on the highway?

It just started a couple of months ago. I know that its not my 24 inch wheels
because I have had them on the truck for 6 years . I just had brand new upper
control arms, idle arm , pitman arm, sway bar , stabilizers, shocks(rear and
front), ball joints upper and lower, tie rods (inner and outter) and a front end
alignment and it still rocks like a boat on water still.
