1999 chevy suburban trouble shooting

my 99 chevy suburban 5.7 350 is jerking or bumping when i reach speeds
above 45 mph like it is shifting out of gear ive replace everything on this truck
engine,transmission,destribitor and to much more to list other than the ECM
need help

Is the check engine light on? What are the codes? Perhaps consider having someone that actually knows what they are doing take a look at it.
