My car cranks over but wont start. Why?

well this is ussaly commanly one of 3 things. the car is either 1.Not getting fuel, 2. not getting spark, 3. not getting air/or broken vacum system. i would say start with spark and work your way back. if you can smell fuel in the cyclinders when checking the plugs fuel is not an issue.
