Did you reset the security system after the work was done? Default is active anytime the power supply is disrupted.

I manage to successfully unlock the loc on radio but the motor still crancks but runs 2- 3sec an dies how do I reset the security

Try this: from the inside manually locks all the doors except the drivers, with key in hand exit the vehicle close and using the key lock the drivers door, as this is a 99 you don't have delay exit protocol so after the door is locked wait at least one minute then using the key manually unlock the drivers door and start the engine, if all the door switches are good this should disable the security system and it should run. If it doesn't then a shop is going to have to run a check on all the door switches to find the one or more that are not sending the proper signal. HTH
