How do I remove the side door panel to repair the operator?

When crank handle is turned the glass slides to one side and has to be cranked up by adjusting the glass by hand

the plastic glass connectors ,one is broke, auto parts help section has universal.clips, glue on, pop the panel with flat tool after removing all phillip screws visible on panel,lift up to remove rubber glass squeegee strip at top along with panel.pull back clear plastic dust shield and roll window to repair position
