after changing heater core and flushing rad windows still fog up. what is the next step?

turning on the heat doesn't help. Turning a/c on has no effect. I've used different fan, temp, vent settings and still the windows are fogged up. Mechanic stated a/c should cycle on and off but doesn't. Can the accumulator/drier cause fogging up, if so what is replacement cost.

Hi again Polar. Sounds like the AC unit is the first thing to get straightened out. Again I suggest you get a hold of your Chilton's. The manual might even have an appropriate troubleshooting guide for your defroster and/or AC
