Car won't move when in gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Shifter will move through the gears, but car won't move in any of them
electronic in the car all work fine
there is a wet spot on the garage floor, but I don't know if it is oil or transmission fluid

Hi I have 2013 golf tsi it turns on but won’t go forward or back can anyone help me
