2002 VW Cabrio..problems with power window and turn signal

The driver’s side power window stopped working and
won’t open. All other windows work fine. Also left turn
signal will not stay on, but right works fine. Are these just
blown fuses or something more? Is it an expensive repair?

its possible your turn signal has just been worn out on its contact elements and as for the window you either have a bad switch or bad window motor. try wiggling the switch see if it works that way should help trouble shoot it.
