Rebuilt Title

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2002 Cabrio GLX with 60k original miles on it for $4000 but it has a Rebuilt Title in Ohio.  I will be registering the car in Massachusetts.  Is it worth it?

The person selling it has owned it for 4 years, and purchased it from a family friend who purchases cars that have been in accidents and fixes them.  She has never had any problems with the car, aside from regular maintenance.

I don't know much about cars, aside from where the gas goes and to get the oil changed every 3k or so...  so, is it worth it?  Is it a good price?  Or am I in for a major headache?

Where in Ohio is the car located. I know alot of people in the area!!!
