Question type: Car Customization

Looking to put a body kit on my '98 Cabrio and a guy told me that there were a few body design differences between the same year Golf and Cabrio. Has anyone kitted a Cabrio yet? How much modification will need to be made?

Theres a few things you can do... as in body kits theres only a few and not that good looking... But ill give u a few ideas... you can Swap the Jetta front end with your front end.. you can also change the hide lights... The golf and cabrio or mostly the same. Also you can put a Euro Front Lip on it to make it have that agressive look. Check out a magazine like euroturner or there website will give you lots of ideas i had a 96 jetta and i changed the front end to the golf all i needed to do was to change the hood...lights and grills.

I was hoping to find a way to hide the weld marks below the door where it looks like they cut a golf in half.
