What seems to be the problem??? To check the oil you need to take the pump out and the reservoir is built in. It is rare to have to top up this system let me know the exact symptom to help

This car has diagnostics for the top would be great to read the codes, the oil is red like coolant or ATF so check if it matches, if the trunk cover or trunk lid has problems or incorrectly closed the top won't work. Check that the top rest is down on the trunk. Check if the top motor actuates
