My 06 bmw x5 sunroof vent won't close all the way please help!!!

It seems that there is more than the vent itself, the front and back glass won't open, I just
want to get it close for now.

There should also be a sunroof tool located in the glove box, in case the lube does not fix it. Your owners manual will give the instructions for closing it manually. On a side note have you checked to see if there is anything blocking the sunroof and keeping it from closing.
