How to remove some water from resevoir when over filled..( BMW, X5, 3.0)

I've used bulb syringes for babies with a tube on the end , no one wants to put the tube in their mouth , I use it for brake fluid , gas , coolant checks , look in the kitchen isle at the store if you' re doing curb service mech work
