BMW 2002 X5 series won't start

I 2002 X5 Series BMW was running fine stop to get
something now it will not turnover changed out the
battery to the alternator it won't start had it towed
home it's it for 2 days went out and tried to crank it
and it started now it won't start again won't make a
sound turn the key the dashboard lights up that's it

Might be the starter or ignition switch. You need to start probing the electrical circuits to find the fault. If your not handy on using a multimeter, have the car towed to a BMW independent garage for proper diagnosis. I would hate for you to start replacing parts and the car still won't start.
