Problem with the heating system on the floor with the HOT AIR

The hot air work very well on defrosting and on the top  of the dash board But on the lower floor feet section noting come out
What is the prosesure to remove the panel on the bottom floor to see if is blocked
Air Duck Valve Blocked??????

You do not have a blocked air duct. The venilation system will default to defrost if there is a problem with the system. with the car running in park select the highest blower speed. Then select defrost position on the left side of the control panel and note air flow, then select the vent position (next lower button) and monitor the air coming from the vents, then select the floor button and crawl under the dash and monitor the air flow there. Do not simply put your hand below the dash while sitting in the seat. Get out of the car kneel by the open door and feel for air under the dash. And get back to me with your results.
