BMW X3 2006 model - keys not working,

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

can open door but cannot start the vehicle. So I am not able to drive  BMW.
What can be the issue? If its the key how do I charge it? I have tried 5 second
charge as well and nothing has worked.

Nope does not crank as well. Totally dead and cannot move the BMW.
