We are selling this car and have had a hard
time figuring out what a fair price to ask

Thanks for your reply. It does have rust spots on it. It has approx. 217,000 miles, no accidents, car came from CA in 1995. Runs great in summer, in winter it take a few tries to start on cold days. It has recent tune-up and maintenance, strong engine, no fluid leaks, interior in good condition and more secure lock for trunk (circular key - vending machine style).
