i have only taken my car for a short drive while i was legaly allowed because it is not registered as yet and the first thing i noticed was how poor the brakes wer so i changed the brake pads and bleed the brakes and the aws a slight enhancment but not that much and as i am wanting to use the car for daily driving and track days i realy need an upgrade so any HELP would be great.

no upgrade required. check the wheel cylenders for leaking, also check the master cylender to see if full if not fill with dot 3 break fluid.

also you could have a bad master cylender, see if it is wet at back of it and fluid running down firewall.
