I have a 1999 blazer with p0410 with no air pump

99 s10 blazer 4x4 4.3    p0410 code   this car does not have a primary or secondary pump
. It does not have any fuses in the wiring harness for the sec. Pump . I'm not sure  how to
fix a code that the system is not there . Thanks for any help

The 98-01 blazers have an electric smog (air injection) pump. It is usually under the passenger side of the radiator
