99 blazer gas gauge stuck on empty

I have 99 blazer 2wd 4dr 4.3 the gas gauge don’t move at
all don’t budge just stays on empty with low fuel light on
all the time it don’t even flicker or anything with new fuel
pump. Any ideas?

When I have killed my battery, it made my gauges a little wonky the first few drives. Part of my problem is old wiring and it's been worked on before. Just my fuel gauge is inaccurate now, so I refuel based on the odometer.
