Timing and flywheel

I have a 1989 Honda Accord LX 160000
miles I recently replaced the fuel pump first
and secondary fuel filters spark plugs and
wires for the spark plugs distributor radiator
I got it started and running but whenever I
come to a stop she idles really low almost
like she wants to die goes up to 1 then goes
back down I was thinking it could be my
timing because I replace the distributor I
want to correct it but cannot locate the
flywheel can anyone help me please and
thank you

Best just go somewhere and have the timing checked. Also you may have a vacuum leak. Check the intake manifold bolts to make sure there snugged up and look for bad, cracked vacuum lines.
