I have a 1985 Honda Accord hatchback lx and I want to
know what all I can do to make it be as fast as possible
and have the most hp that it can handle?

I see where you're going here. Those older hondas have very weak and low hp engines. All those super fast ricer hondas that you see have engine swaps and giant turbos. Which cost thousands and thousands of dollars. I would sell that and get a car that already has some respectable power unless you really want to empty your pocket.
