When I turn the car off with the window up it and exit the vehicle the window does not go up totally. Also when I open the door to enter the vehicle the window does not go down automatically an inch or two like it used to. Is it because the battery is not fully charged? Or do the windows need to be reset somehow?

Sounds like the windows need to be re-syncronized. 1) switch on the ignition. 2) Pull both the window switches together until the side windows are closed. 3) Hold the switches for 1 to 3 seconds additional and the windows will then be synchronized.
