Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I know the battery maintainer goes on the battery in the trunk of my 1999
Mercedes SL500....but how do I get the cord(with the plug) out of the trunk
to the wall socket without closing the trunk(no sunroof to pull the cord
through)

THANK YOU for the help
Carol

If you will just feed the cord to the bottom corner of the trunk and close it gently, it should work just fine. The rubber gasket has enough "give" to not crush the cord.
