Go to a large auto parts store that rents pressure regulator tester and test if u have pressure. Also wen u turn the key to start, do u hear the fuel pump turn on for a few seconds. Have someone listen by fuel tank. Start there.

I can tell you this if you bought a new fuel pump assembly from like auto zone advance auto O’Reilly auto parts Napa auto or somewhere like that instead of the dealership then I had them same issue myself and the whole problem was the aftermarket fuel pump assembly wires up totally different then the factory original did so after 4 days of trying anything and everything possibly and 3 different new fuel assemblies I was like I know they can’t all be bad so I wired it up different by taking my time and checking every wiring combination possible until I finally figured it out so hope this helps anyone else because I searched everywhere and never found anything about this issue and I even had a 2003 avalanche that I replaced the fuel pump assembly in and never had this problem it was just plug and go and yes both the avalanche and my 2000 suburban fuel pump assembly were both bought at the same auto parts store
