99 mercedes ml 430 hesitating and idol problem

I recently change the mass air flow and oxygen sensor but I am still having the hesitation
when i start from a stopped position. Since i changed the parts it is now surging when
idling and then stalling. If anyone has any suggestions it is greatly appreciated,

Was the replacment mass air flow part OEM mercedes or a cheaper aftermarket version. I have heard that the aftermarket parts can cause issues.
