2002 MB E320 4-matic with <50K, Would you buy it?

Hello, I've been looking at these wagons for quite some time. I randomly found
this one 2 owner with <50K. For less than 8K. My husband and I are in disagreement. He can't believe the price nor the mileage. I'm thinking it could be the deal of the year. Thoughts. Reliability? Lack of use/sitting issues.

Have u seen any other screeming deals on any type car of the same calaber durring ur searches. Like bmw's e classes sport cars or even ttuck & suv's

The mileage is what amazes me. It was owned for 11 years and only driven 35K miles. And next owner only drove it 12K in 2.5 years.
