How do I replace the trunk light on a 2006 CLK 350? Does the cover just pry off?

Asked by skunkboy Jul 30, 2013 at 08:05 PM about the 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK 350 Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The trunk lamp doesn't come on when the trunk lid is open. The cover for the lamp doesn't use a screw to hold it on. I think it can be pried off but I don't want to break it.

Looks like they just pry outwith a screw driver. Heres a step by step link: http://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w204/250646-diy-interior-light-removal.html
