Transmission problem

I have a clk 500 2006 and it won't shift out of 2
gear, the start and stop button won't work. And it
won't shift manually. Please help

it might sound stupid but check your + & - cables from the battery back to there destination,,, cracking, corroding ,this happend to me in a dodge truck my silenoids in the trany weren't getting enuff power, Do to the corrosion inside the battery cable, but don't go to a napa or oreilly`s!!! u need to go to the dealership and get correct size & width cable.. just one thing to look at.
