If the antenna is in the window, you need to replace the windshield.

Safelite sucks. I would not go with them but you will need a new windshield. OEM is best if you can afford it.
Safelite's website will get him an idea on what it costs. I have used Safelite several times personally and the glass and replacement went fine.
