All indicator lights are supposed to light when starting your car, that shows you they work. I am thinking the battery is too weak to crank the car but has enough juice to light up dash, but the security light flashing might mean there may be a problem with the key transponder. Try another key to begin. If that does not work, get a jump start and see if that does it, something may have drained it, like you accidentally left on a dome light, and get your OBD codes read, do not pay to have them scanned. Go to a large parts store like AutoZone or the like

Security system on your car is a pass lock 2 it will disable the fuel injectors so that can be ruled out. The key itself doesn't have a transponder in it, the security resistor in on the lock cylinder in the dash/steering column depending on the cylinder mounting location.
