Is there a manual way to open trunk without the battery being hucked up? And without any key.

I could not find a way. But Take a look at the attached photo. See if you have the positive lug underneath the cover with the arrow marking across it in front of your fuse box. You can attach a jumper from another car or just a battery (don't forget to ground both) there and use your trunk release. click the picture to see it

The problem I still can't open using the switch. Normally the switch has a red light 'ON' but on my car its not ON. I check the front fuse, everything is perfect, with the key I have tried and i gave up more than 30 mins. Please advice

same problem , exausted every avenue except the one that finally got me in . take a one and one quarter in. hole saw and remove lic. plate and dill carefully 11 oclock from the lock itself. stick your finger in there and pull up on the rod and dont wait for it to pop open you have to pull up. i found a rubber plug tom cover the hole replaced lic, plate and that was that. no other cvhoice
